WATSON, Jeff 'Around The Sun' 2000 Frontiers

INFO: Jeff Watson will always be synonymous with Night Ranger even though he no longer plays with them. He was an early addition to this San Francisco Melodic Hard Rock band and thus when you think of him you can’t help having the name Night Ranger pop right alongside. He has of course gone on to other things – this album being one of them, and a fine example it is too. Jeff is essentially a highly skilled guitarist and is renowned for his patented eight-finger technique but on this release he takes part in the lead vox department as well. I say, takes part because Kansas/Streets vocalist Steve Walsh and Aaron Hagar are also responsible for lead vocals on other tracks. The bottom line on this one is if you are into Kansas (AOR style as opposed to their Progressive style) and/or Night Ranger then you will find plenty here. Awesome stuff from beginning to end… …highly recommended!

CONDITION: Booklet is in a good condition / Tray Liner is  mint / CD has 3 or 4 light scratches (most hardly noticeable)
