INFO: This item is being sold through me by another seller. YES THIS IS AOR!!! Many will know this fact but I thought I had better reiterate it in case some had slipped through the net? Long before Shania went global with ‘Come On Over’ she recorded a wealth of tracks with the legendary Paul Sabu (Only Child, Sabu, Kidd Glove). Cut back in 1989 and 1990 these tracks (which are demos, but of excellent quality) never saw the light of day until ‘Come On Over’ became the success it did and people were clambering for more. Her two previous Country albums seemed to be appearing on wants lists everywhere and  you’d see them being promoted in the stores, it was just crazy. Anyway, then came news of recordings she had done under her real name of Eilleen Twain (in 1993 she would drop the Eilleen for Shania – for more info on this check out Wikipedia or her site) and that this material was Rock-oriented and to top it all off was done with Paul Sabu. Well, that had my tongue wagging, and I know a fair few friends into the Melodic Rock genre also sat up and took note. Not released as an Eilleen Twain album but as a Shania Twain album – presumably to deter any confusion (?) – most of these songs were co-written by Sabu and Twain and digitally re-mastered. Featuring 12 tracks (11 if you take into consideration that tracks 1 and 12 are the same except the last one is a different mix) that will have any self-respectin’ FF AORster as happy as can be, also comes with a great foldout poster of the lovely lady and the CD itself is a Picture Disc. A number of articles I have read state this release as a must for any fan of hers or fans of 80’s female Rock – what more is there to say…??? Well, for completists the album also features the excellent track ‘Half Breed’ which was originally recorded by Cher in 1973 and was her second U.S. number one. Deleted and a real nice find this comes highly recommended.

CONDITION: Booklet is in a very good condition / Poster is very-good-to-excellent / Tray Liner is mint / CD has several light surface scratches
