Welcome...
...my name is Graham Fenn, I live in the UK & I have been an avid collector of music which falls into the genre of AOR & its many sub-genres & relations (including Melodic Rock, Hard Rock, Melodic Hard Rock, Hi-Tech AOR, Pop Rock & Hard Pop, Pomp, Prog-Crossover & Westcoast Rock) for as long as I can remember. I love nothing more than finding those lost gems which wonderfully populate this musical genre & related.
And, as you are here I guess you too enjoy seeking out AOR/related treasures? I hope therefore, that I can assist you in locating some that are missing from your collection.
Keep Rockin'
Graham

Saigon 'Soul Shaker' 1994 SAIGON (UK: CD SAIG 1) Hailing from Salisbury, England these guys released this self-financed, one off, limited press CD back in the mid-90's as if the 80's had never ended. With the lead singer looking every bit like David Coverdale's long lost twin these guys sure did ROCK! Melding HR, Melodic HR and AOR it has earned itself a place in the genre as one of those rarer than Unicorn sh*t treasures that you don't want missin' from your collection... Check out this full track: 'Dogs Of War' This track seems to be sung about the Vietnam war and it is possible there is a connection to their name which was the (southern) capitol city at the time? This album will be up for sale at this site in the near future... |
